[Investigating] Service Disruption

The licence for the software Sigmaplot has expired and the software is not working on desktop and classroom devices. The software license has been renewed and we are in the process of applying the updated license to all devices.

We are pleased to advise that the issues with Sigmaplot licence have been resolved for the VDI and Classroom environments. If you are using a staff desktop then please update your Sigmaplot licence to the latest version via the Software Center App on your computer. The most recent licenced version is Sigmaplot v16.
