MONITORING

Measures have been put in place to return services to normal operation. We continue to work with our suppliers to resolve these issues and monitor the situation. Further brief outages may be experienced this week as we continue to take action.
VDI Maintenance – Wednesday 18 to Friday 20 FebruaryPlanned Maintenance

Description

What's happening? The VDI service is being upgraded from Wednesday 18th February until the evening of Friday 20th February. Work will start from 5pm each evening and will run until 8am the next day. Note: There is a slight risk to the service during the working day as well. If you are disconnected during the working day then please reconnect within 5-minutes as you will be restored to the same VDI session. What do you need to do? If you plan to use the VDI service during these times, please make sure to save your work regularly as you may get disconnected. We recommend that you avoid any long overnight data processing work on the affected nights. Thank you for your understanding while we perform this maintenance.
